Our special line coffee carries the sweet tones of a panelero soil, along with a combination of slightly acidic and fruity notes and aromas. This coffee undergoes a gentle washing process with a 48-hour aerobic fermentation designed to enhance the sweet and fruity notes that we offer in this line.
